Villa Martin is a historic and renowned Venetian Villa from the late 1400s with an adjoining barchessa, brought back to its ancient splendor through a skilful conservative restoration and the recovery of precious frescoes, floors and wooden structures. It is located in Sambruson di Dolo, the heart of the elegant Riviera del Brenta, a location that allows you to quickly reach many places of interest such as Venice and its islands, Padua, Treviso, as well as allowing a beautiful trip to discover the treasures along the Riviera del Brenta. The hotel is composed of 4 different types of rooms, some of which are very precious, are located inside the villa, with the walls almost entirely covered by the historic frescoes. The remaining seven are located inside the barchessa and are characterized by a restoration that separates the recovered part from the new construction using modern iron and glass elements. The Prestige Suites are the heart of the Villa, they are located on the ground floor and are entirely frescoed with the original paintings, dating back to the end of 1400/1500 and brought back to their ancient splendor after a long conservative restoration. The colors and the refined furnishings recall the original style of the rooms, taking us back to the elegant atmosphere of the beautiful Serenissima. From September 2025 the Villa Martin restaurant will reopen and can comfortably accommodate 120 people Events, dinners, banquets, find a perfect realization curated by qualified staff and attentive to every single need. The cuisine combines local specialties with new trends, offering seasonal dishes with an eye to the offerings of the sea and the Venetian lagoon. Opening hours: every evening for dinner (19.30-22.00); weekends and holidays also open for lunch (12.00-14.00). Closed to the public on Mondays. The Meeting room (62 m2) can accommodate up to 70/80 people and is ideal for conferences, meetings, or any other event that requires not only space, but also cutting-edge equipment and the collaboration of the restaurant for coffee breaks, quick lunches or business lunches/dinners. The Villa Martin conference room is equipped with: Speakers' table and meeting table(s); Amplifier with 6 x 30 Watt speakers with adjustable meeting room audio; Video projector; Retractable screen; Support microphone; CD and DVD player; Radio; Wireless and/or Lan connection; Alternating lighting and blackout curtains The possibility of combining all the services means that the Villa, the restaurant and the outdoor park allow the organization of weddings and large events of any kind
